The news can report lies all they want. The SP have already stated they are not going into the secure parts of the airports without guns and the rest of their gear. Unless something changes, this is not going to happen.
The Peace officers they are sending in are from the Taxation department. They cannot arrest nor can they detain for this reason. This is a failure out the gate.

Caller ID didn't identify the caller, or I wouldn't have.
I called the 888 number to verify something. I only flew into town for the purpose of picking up my wife's car and driving it to Florida. The person on the other end verified that if you are in town for less than 24 hours, you don't even need to fill out the form.
I probably should have just told the caller that, and that would have been the end of it.

I landed at BUF on a flight from a layover in a "hot spot" state the other day. DOH employees were at the gate urging disembarking passengers to fill out the questionnaire. Sadly, I was the only passenger who said no thanks and kept on walking. There was a NYS Trooper milling around on the secure side of the terminal. Not sure what he was doing.

Cuomo is in the crowd sans mask and not social distancing, so are both Clintons. Are they going to quarantine after Georgia? Nope. Are they filling out forms? Nope. It was said their security detatchments are not quarantining or reporting either.

See a lot of out of state plates here in the “Hood in the North Woods”. Texas, Connecticut, Vermont, California, Colorado, South Carolina, North Carolina, New Jersey and more. I am sure all of these folks did the self quarantine thing.
