I don't care what people eat. I care when idk what's in my food because its hide behind natural flavoring or secret ingredients.

I don't have the resources to test and check everything the these corporations put on the market.

Also, if the FDA isn't going to do their job then they need to be disbanded.

If you can't tell what's in something, then don't eat it.

You can survive perfectly well buying things with only a single ingredient.

No question about what goes into "sirloin" or "potato".

You just have to give up the convenience of someone else doing most of the work cooking for you, and the unnaturally long shelf lives of the food.

So, don't bitch that you don't like all the ingredients of the boxed cake mix when there's flour, milk, and eggs sitting on the next shelf over.

This is very important. When cattle is feed grain their produce omega 6 fatty acids in their meat. When they are grass feed its omega 3. Omega 6 isn't good for you.

It’s not so much omega-6 isn’t good, it’s that it competes for the same metabolic pathway as omega-3. So you should consume a much higher ratio of omega-3 to omega-6. It’s actually quite hard to do. Chia seed is the easiest way I’ve found to get a ton of omega-3 quickly for very few calories.

Omega-6 is afaik mostly involved with the cellular level construction of your body. So it had a legit use. Many legit use minerals compete for pathways.
