Ought to read all the cries of distain on her FB page.....I hammer every single one I have time for, ironically they almost never have a rebuttal besides bot or troll accusations.
Look, I'm not trying to start a bunch of shit, but you've got the Supreme Court willing to hear the case, and you can damn well bet "Clerks" that are being groomed for future positions have review and submitted the Case, the Attorneys arguing the Case, and a battery of Lawyers from NYC that are all over this, so your position however correct it may be is likely to be ignored...there is ALWAYS more to the Case than the Law or Constitution...always.Really sad that no one does any research on their opinions! Then thrash the left for the same!!

There is but one Case and it's over NYC's may (not) issue a Handgun Licenses. It does effect the State and even though NYC has its own rules, it still has to observe State Law and the NY State Police. This case is NYS not NYC!

Most of those “ media” members were not acting as “ media” . Many were actually actively protesting with the crowd, imbedded with the protestors , or that where they decided to set up their camera or interview is interfering with the operation ( a kin to setting up an camera or interview in the middle of a road and not expect to interfere with traffic). One more example:
Police in Minnesota have violated journalists' constitutional rights as law enforcement officers pepper sprayed, fired rubber bullets at or otherwise attacked, injured or arrested members of the press covering recent protests.
I don’t think that is even on the table. The case is about how they chose if you are worthy of a permit.I'm still wondering that if the most favorable outcome is reached, will "existing permit holders" have their restrictions nullified and will we be ab;le to carry throughout the state to include NYC? The existing regimes will likely ratchet up the so-called background checks up a few notches as one of many revenge tactics against SCOTUS.
Interesting, it would prevent NY from skating their way out of a court decision, correct?
