No, that's only about 1.5 weeks worth of rent.

You are a Judge on the SCOTUS. The law has been in existence since when? You ask. That would be since 1911, your honor. Hmmm, let me do some cyphering here that is 110 years ago! Do you mean that NY has been infringing for 110 years are we are just hearing about it today? Obviously the people of NY are perfectly happy with the law. Case dismissed.
Right to carry outside the home. MY ASS! IN NY because of the 110-year-old law, you need permission from the state to just touch, handle own and possess any handgun inside or outside the home. That is the issue that should be addressed. That is the infringement!
So you're a facter now? That case was 11 years ago. What did it do for NY and the 110-year-old Sullivan Law? I will post opinions anytime I so desire. Please post your facts not opinions! I suggest you reread
FindLaw's United States Supreme Court case and opinions.
I've been told that NRA has been substantially bankrolling this case.
Considering NYSRPA isn't doing full-press fundraising for legal expenses, and considering what NYSRPA's annual budget looks like after Tom King gets paid, I tend to believe it.
Its more likely that NRA initially didn't intend to submit a brief because they flushed their reputation down the crapper.

So are you saying that you believe that the restricted/non-restricted is the problem with Sullivan? You must have a "license" whether restricted or nonrestricted just to touch, handle shoot or own a handgun?Yes it was 11 years ago, which is why this current case is going to the SCOTUS that is challenging a part of NYS pistol license (Sullivan Act) restricted and non-restricted licenses.
Actually, for the few that have actually been arrested for violation of the Sullivan Law, Zero went to court. You cannot appeal a guilty plea that was bargained down to community service. No conviction not appeal. No appeal no overturning the unconstitutional laws. Prosecutors know this that is why it has been on the books for 110 years.Heaven forbid some judge rules against a 150 yr old precedent because all the dumb ass judges on the bench got it wrong for 150 yrs ..

Wow. They know we exist.
They mail me stuff pretty frequently. It goes right in the garbage.I am sure they are missing the money that NewYohkers used to give them. Every time they call I tell them when the NRA gives a fuck about NY and gets rid of LaPierre, I will start to dona again.

That is exactly what I told them on their last recruitment phone call, along with, "the NRA has done NOTHING for us in New York." The response to that was, and you won't believe this but it is true,"you should get organized" to which I responded, "WTF is the NRA?!?!?!?!!?" ! It went on for a bit after that and I do not remember their last exact quote but it actually came across, well most of 'you people' are against the second amendment and want these laws, we just want your money. Seriously, that was the gist of it.They take much more $$$ from us than they give back.
We need anNRA, FPC

There are a lot of organizations filing. Include a lot of affiliated organizations to include Law Enforcement. We make their jobs easier, IMHO. . This is affecting everyone who cares about the 2nd Amendment. A complete listing of filers can be found here.
