So after conversing with Central Hudson it seems it isn't as bad as I thought although there will still be an increase. We got off of the budget plan a few months ago and the $500 plus increase was the amount we were over for the months we were on budget. Every year we have received a credit at the end of the year because we paid more each month. This is the first time we have owed.
