Now WHY do you think that many major manufacturers are making electric vehicles of their own? When Harley came out with a Motorcycle and Mercury Marine an Outboard, these should have been warning signs.
Ironic how the green folks demand we go to electric while conviently overlooking HOW electricity is generated, and to date the only viable system is Hydro-electric, but you can't dam up the River and endanger the three spotted Gobe.

Some rough times are a-coming.
But no worries, you have a tax refund coming.
You had the Federal Government take out your Income Taxes and after you file you see a return of $200.00 that you overpaid in 2021.
In 2021 when gas was $2.90 per gallon you could have purchased 69 gallons of gas with that $200.
Now in 2022 when you get your refund gas is 3.90 per gallon so you can only purchase 51gallons of gas.
You get the same $200 but it buys less as the prices have inflated. 17 fewer gallons of your gas are "poof" gone.
The money is still $200 and a gallon of gas is still a gallon. The Money is just worth less.

But this also applies to every farmer, worker, trucker, and corporation out there.
They still have to purchase the same amount of gas to produce transport and deliver (Fill in the blank) to the retail outlet that you are going to buy from, so the price of that item, whatever it may be, is going to rise just to cover the costs. Bread coffee and lactose-free caffeine-free espresso at Starbucks for liberals.

Start looking. gas Went up .50 cents in a week by me. The garage owner that runs the gas station said that they were warned it will be $5 by March 15th.

When I was I NY in mid-Feb, fuel was around $3.50/g. I took a few days to drive back to TX, and when I got here it was hovering around $3.10ish at my local cheap station, which as of last night was $3.199. It’s going up everywhere...and won’t stop for a while. Somewhere in the $4 range it will become apparent that the administration has to do more than SPR releases. I’m willing to pay more for fuel to cut Russian imports off, though. As of tonight most stations are around $3.60.
I will admit that that’s easy for me to say since my DD gets mileage in the mid-40s and I can even wrestle my wife’s van solidly into the 20s, pretty impressive considering its nearly 4700lb curb weight and the big V6 lurking under the hood.

No, it is all of the Karens on fixed incomes. They all vote Democrat. They look out their window and watch you ride your motorcycle or drive your truck and they are mad that they will never have any of that on their government paycheck. They want you to keep working, keep paying those taxes, and sit at home hating life, just like they do. The government has nothing to do this. We the people voted all of this shit in. I am hoping all the folks I know that voted for our present administration have tons of activities planned that
require petroleum based purchases. They will only wake up ( well hopefully ) when they feel the sucking sensation
created by the money exiting their accounts. It just might make them give a little more thought to how they decide to vote
when they next enter the voting booth.
