I hear you man. When we re-locate to TX in late spring this year, I will be opening a small LGS, but I will be offering the related services/accessories and online sales also. The margin on firearms is too low to be attractive as a sole purpose business. My small shop will share floor space with a relative's hardware store, so the economy of scale and shared overhead will help. But I see it as a hobby rather than an income, so we'll do OK. Besides, doing the tequila shooters is more fun in the state where the spirit of freedom still lives! NY sucks a BIG smelly turd and so do the leaders of the state legislature and the residents of the governor's mansion. So much for wealth and power being the goal in life, huh?Sometimes gunbroker sells guns for less than i get em wholesale...up to $25 more than i can buy them for. Once shipping to me is figured im screwed.
