Mighty pricey yes, but worth it to me to have the model I wanted configured precisely the way I wanted it.Thats mighty pricey! I like your shifter, though.
Did you get the 940-2? I think that is the best version now. In any case the 940 is an excellent blade. Despite being of largish length for an EDC knife it is so slim and light that it disappears in the pocket. Very functional blade shape as well.Welp. I actually intended on getting a mini grip myself, though not a custom one. After staring at the knife case at f&s two things occured to me, 1. I could get this cheaper on amazon. 2. I really wanted a 940 instead.
So I took the plunge. I'll get some pictures when it gets here.
This is your fault OP.

I am not sure how the dimensions stack up vs the leek but the Osborne is one of the slimmest and thinnest knives in the 3.5" blade class. And it weighs less than 3oz! The mini grip takes up more pocket room than the 940. I suggest asking Benchmade to send you the parkerized split arrow clip. They will do so free of charge and I think it suits the 940 much better, it certainly wears much better than the painted clip.Nope, the original 940. The green one. I have dreams about that knife honestly, so, that was the only option.
It does seem long and it will definitely be thicker AND wider than the leek I carry now, but I'm constantly afraid of the brittle tip on this so I needed something more substantial. Interested in seeing how it works out
