well I think he'd have a constitutional crisis on his hands at this point, I think Chief Little Dick would lose in court, But, what do I know? besides, does he really want the publicity? this rebellion may catch on, and the entire state may tell him to take a shit

Pulling thier license is exactly the threat that will be used. A locally loved shooting range in Rochester, the firing pin, was threatened by the health department with this exact same scenario at the beginning of the shutdowns in March. I may be wrong, but in the beginning I believe they intended to resist, and were contacted by the health department threatening to pull thier license. I also believe they attempted to sue stating they were essential was filed, but in the end ended up complying with the mandate. I believe their case was partially retaliatory, as the owner, Brandon or " barrett Brandon " as he is known locally was critical of Cuomo. As other ranges were allowed to operate due to contracts they had with local police departments, which the pin also had, only they were threatened. I might be partially incorrect, but that the gist of what I've heard.
This is the government we all cower from. All we have to do is stand up for ourselves. In the face of even a modicum of unity the authorities fuck right off.

I'd be willing to bet any insurance they have, and any lines of credit they have, would be canceled of they didn't have the proper business licenses. Its hard to do business without that stuff. The state just has to do their bureaucratic stuff. The financial industry will take care of whatever's left.

Government can do a hell of a lot to harass a business if it wants to.. Health dept, osha, Send in the tax dept , Building inspectors ... The list is endless...
Working as intended. Insurance companies don't owe it to you to insure you or offer you lines of credit. Meet their requirements to be a customer or go pound sand.
