Can you order ammo from a place that has NY ammo shipping restrictions and have it shipped to an FFL in Pennsylvania? Not sure if it'll even work with a NY billing address, but was wondering if anyone has done that.

Why bother with an FFL.
For ammo you could have it shipped to a PA UPS store for all the law cares.

UPS stores typically won't knowingly process firearms or ammunition.
@Justincase would have to find a willing place to drop ship to, but it wouldn't have to be an FFL.

If you sign up for UPS account, they give you the option to redirect shipments for like $5.
Sometimes, you can get a vendor to ship to a different address than the billing address. Wait until it's in the system and then redirect to your address.
I don't know if it would work. I haven't tried. I haven't ordered anything in quite a while that I would have to do it for.

I have ordered ammo from a place that won't ship to NYS and had it sent to another state without issue although that was a while back.
They may have changed their shipping policy since.
