PA shootin' meet up

This is a thread I have been wanting to do for a while now....
There are a number of us expats here in PA-
More than I can remember but I know of @GOYABEAN and @gun_slinger_boy specifically and I know I am forgetting two other people (sorry!) And I know @swilliams is down. And there are a bunch of you NY peeps that are either close or like to travel
So how about a meet up, do some shooting, savor the freedom? Let's try and figure out a date and place, ideally a range we can meet up at. My range is only $10 for a while day for guests but its located all the way out by Altoona which is a trek for most of you.
Though I will say they don't have a lot of asinine fudd rules like some (and PA state ranges).

I'll be down on the PA/ Delaware line in September if someone wants to kidnap me from a family wedding I'd rather not attend..

I'll supply the guns, you just throw me in a car trunk and speed off..

I have a trailer in the mountains above Lock Haven. I will spend as many weekends there as I can over the summer and fall.

Range is basically a pig field, with a few target stands ..... but only it's $25 per year and 5 minutes from my trailer.

So you can pretty much do as you please?
I'd actually prefer a free form setup like that.
Good for plinking cans, jugs and steel.

Altoona looks a little far for me. As much as it seems I get around, my free time is very limited. It takes a lot of moving parts for me to get away with my kids and my stepkid.

Yeah, unfortunately I am kinda having to put this on our eastern PA peeps as I am not familiar with what gun ranges are out there. But I have 7 days off at a time now so it wouldn't be difficult for me to drive out for a day trip, maybe shack up in a motel for a night.

I need to start road tripping around north central PA. I think that might be a good spot for my getaway home in a few years. Lots of hunting land it looks like out that way.

I shot three gun at ontelaunee last weekend. It's a member range but if you guys ever wanted to squad up for a match I'm in. Matches are open to public. I won't be shooting July's match but I'll be there for August and hopefully September matches. If theres any other eastern pa matches, 3 gun or otherwise that y'all would want to shoot together for I'd be in.

That's not too far for me to consider, depending on when this happens I would be interested.

I would prefer a range that allows steel on the pistol range, but I'll take what I can get

And how many of you have taken advantage of Sportsman Supply ?? Grant has two stores and runs constant penny auctions on gunbroker.com and I used to buy ammo from him on gunaction.com / auction arms before the NYSUCK ACT came along.. Grant runs some great deals at auction if you're good at bidding, but always wanted to check out his stores..
