Finally!!!! It didn't make any sense to me. You can have an AR but not use it to hunt.

It is not law yet until the governor signs it. Also, it will be limited and not across the board.

PA still doesn't allow hunting on Sundays (except for a few species). They should probably tackle that issue while they're at it.

Maybe that State is using this later to discourage the feds from banning black guns. The more people who purchase those evil black guns, the more people to protest.
