Neither of those things are likely to pass. Just so y'all know. Frankly I am well weary of the chicken little sky as falling shit. Know how the Republicans promise everything then do Jack shit? Democrats are the same way. Hopefully they aren't able to rig all the midterms and either the House will flip or the Senate leans right again. Then we can all enjoy a truly dead locked, do nothing government.

This is maybe the most slippery slope vote in our nations history.
If this passes and goes through and the Repubs ever take control, they will add another 4 justices....then the Dems add 5......then 3.....
Eventually we will have 47 SCOTUS justices!!!!
It won't pass but I it did that is Paul Revere riding down the street. If, at that point, Liberty loving Americans don't take up arms and show the left what a real rebellion is then we would deserve the communist slavery that would follow.

But even suggesting it is an attempt to bully SCOTUS into compliance.
FDR didn't do it either, but he got SCOTUS to allow all sorts of stuff they otherwise would have declared unconstitutional under the threat that he would.
