Not sure if it's the cheapest (or the best), but I've usually used Anderson. My understanding is that you should put money into trigger and barrel. The rest of the parts kit is pretty standard no matter what you get.
Bolt also always bolt. But with a lower some companies have shotth QC and you may not get ine in spec. (Anderson being one of those) and for a few bucks more you can get an aero. Or a few bucks more than that get SOLGW
