Yes many states/feds don’t have the domestic violence laws and banning guns from domestic abusers if they are not married or living together. Not sure how you all feel, but felony domestic abusers should not be able to have guns. They kill people and make is look bad.

If they have gone through the Court system and gotten their chance to defend themselves, and THEN deemed unsafe to own a gun, sure.
But stripping them of their Rights without due process? FUCK NO!
All you'd need is an unfounded accusation, which the Dems have been very quick to hand out, to take your Rights away.
