Never had one. Does it compare to anything else? I've had chicken, turkey, and duck. It's tough to find a way to describe those tastes. I'd say turkey was similar to chicken but a bit dryer (more fibrous?) overall and with an additional narrow-band taste that is distinctively Turkey. That taste could also be described as "darker" than chicken. Duck I would say is sweeter/juicier and more beef-like in consistency than either chicken or turkey. Can Pheasant be compared to any of these?
