Cool patterns but unfortunately the weights of all those components weight what they do for a reason.
Well, items like these don't really exist for their practicality. The question is can a mundane polymer pistol transcend its utilitarian origins and become an object of art? I'm not sure myself really. I will say that the designs in the OP link are very appealing. Certainly highly embellished firearms have been around since the beginning.

Exquisite work! I wonder what customization like this does to the value of the gun. I can’t imagine much for the typical Tupperware gun.
Nice work. But I prefer my CCW plain jane simple. Not a fan of the porting/ engraving (a place where debris gets trapped.)
For the cost of decorating one of those polymer pistol, I would rather put the funds towards a 2nd pistol instead (but different stokes for different folks. )

What exactly? The vigorous hand typed programs into a cnc machine?
Some of the stuff looks pretty cool, but having to clean all the crap that builds up inside and all around the cuts and slots would be a pain in the ass real quick.
