How about we assume she's innocent like we are supposed to do? The article makes no mention of other crimes. It said she committed traffic infractions.

Of course she is presumed innocent, that's how the law works. You're going further than that though, claiming everything I mentioned about when you literally know nothing other than a person got arrested.

Similarly to the last case mentioned here that ended up being DV related. With that one I was able to look at the reports which put it to bed, but here NONE OF US know anything.

Always more to these "news" stories than meets the eye. Where's the details? Further, New York has always done this. They force you to mention FOPA. If you are in legal possession of the firearm, they release you. Fair? Absolutely not! Major League hassle? Absolutely!

I'm only going by what was posted in the news article. Arrested for a so called illegal gun after being stopped for traffic violations. The article makes no mention of her being stopped for traffic violations, so called illegal guns, and other arrestable offenses.

As far as I'm concerned, even if she was arrested in the past, it is irrelevant. The 2A doesn't state that it doesn't apply to those previously arrested and convincted. Hell, I have 2 convictions. One as a juvenile and one as a young adult. One was a weapons charge. I'm not bad guy.
