hey guys, as you may or may not know, I won his good karma giveaway last month. Due to be having a baby last month as well, I haven’t had the chance to shoot in awhile. I was able to meet 2 friends and get out for about an hour or two today. So testing all the products that podmonkey sent:
0ne 10\30 lancer mag
One 10/20 lancer mag
Two 10 round lancer mags
A blue force tactical magazine pouch
Two boxes Speer gold dot law enforcement 64g bullets
First I opened all the mags and inserted them and dropped them, they all went in and came out very easily. Then I tried the same thing but with ammo in the mags and got the same result. The mags seem to be very sturdy and seem like they will hold up over time, and are worth the money. I was able to fit both 10 round mags in the mag pouch on the side of a duty belt, but it was very tight and when you pulled the front one out they would either both come out or the second one would almost fall out. I think if this pouch was used with like two of the metal 30’s it would work better. The lancer mags have textures and lips on the sides that make it harder to take out and they kind of get caught on each other. But the mag pouch was good quality and I think it’ll hold up over time as well. After taking a few rounds to “sight in” with the ammo he sent me,I was good to go. The gun kicks a little harder than the ammo I had left over, which I can’t remember the grain but it was less than this one. Which is barely noticeable. But the ammo worked well and there was no double feeds, didn’t jam, and was pretty damn accurate. I Haven’t looked at the the ammo to see how much it costs but I was impressed. Would I buy all these products or recommend them? Of course I would. I think all of these are GTG in my eyes.
Podmonkey: I just also wanted to thank you for all of this, it was a great expierence. I appreciate it.
