Since 80% of our electricity is generated with fossil fuels, you need to add that to your equation

Electric vehicles *are* fossil fuel powered vehicles. Petroleum is an energy *source*, batteries are just a storage medium.


Well, technically the petroleum was all generated using solar power originally. By that measure *everything* is solar powered. Even Nuclear (just a different sun LOL).

Since there literally no such thing as fossil fuels, it's a Democrat construct.
And since oil, gas, coal etcetera is as natural as air and water on earth.
And since...awe screw it.
