Ever notice how shit and shenanigans happen at Federal Agencies when there's a temporary, or interim Director? This is by design, that way when things go sideways or are exposed as corruption, the excuse of being rogue, unqualified, or unknowingly exceeding authority, or plausible deniability can be used as being unaware of questionable things happening within..."can't blame me, I was just appointed temporary Director and had no knowledge of the events leading up to now." Do they not teach this in school anymore? I will admit that I have lost my ability to write in cursive after decades of block printing on hand drafting. I can still read it well however.
