In NY it's legal and lawful to utilize deadly force against someone committing Arson... I wonder what the law is there?

Be careful. Use of deadly for or serious physical injury is qualified in the law when it comes to arson. It has to involve potential death or serious injury of people, ie: people in the house, or car that is being set on fire. You can't use deadly force to protect your property, as in your car can get torched in your driveway or on the street with no one in it and you can't use deadly force to defend it. You have the responsibility to retreat in NYS, but you do have the castle doctrine as well. Some one is at home or in the car and someone tries to burn it, you can defend life with deadly force. In NY it's legal and lawful to utilize deadly force against someone committing Arson... What is that revolver? Looks like a steampunk prop.
ONLY in the case of an occupied dwelling though. If someone is setting fire to your garden shed in the backyard you will go to jail if you use DPF to stop them.In NY it's legal and lawful to utilize deadly force against someone committing Arson... I wonder what the law is there?
Trigger is too far back for a DA and probably too far back for SA as well. Given the orange paint, I would agree with the sTeam pUnk pRop hypothesis. What is that revolver? Looks like a steampunk prop.
