Remember when AOC was elected in 2018 and complained about the high rents in DC because she would only be making $174K a year starting in 2019 and the rents were so very high? So how did she get to $29M? The good news for her is all of the real estate available at bargain rates in DC thanks to Fed Employee cuts by DOGE. The bad news for her is that DOGE will be looking at where the $29 M came from when she had between $3K and $45K in investment assets and between $15K and $50K in student loan debt in 2019 and an income of approx. $26K annual income before she came to congress. Total congressional pay in 2019 through 2024 is $174K x 5 = $870K. So subtract expenses and you maybe have $500K. So where does the other $28.5M come from? "Inquiring minds want to know" (The National Enquirer).

The least expensive way to solve the illegal alien invasion is through self deportation. If you require robust employment verification (prosecute employers for fraud in hiring illegals without submitting proper I-9's and paying under the table), stop services to illegals (no Federal public education grant money if you have undocumented illegals in your school district or college, no Federal college grants or loans for illegals, no Federal safety net money for illegals like WIC or SSI or EBT Food stamps or Welfare or free housing or a place in any shelter ahead of a US Citizen or OBAMA phones), tax all remittances to foreign countries (require tax ID info for both the sender and recipient and for other than US citizens or those with a green card, 50% tax on remittances to cover the unpaid income taxes unpaid for benefits like emergency room care and social services and infrastructure). I do however, think that we would be money ahead to provide them with taxpayer paid for bus tickets to any US northern or southern border port of entry of their choice.
