Illegal immigrants are not citizens and therefore are not entitled to the protections of the constitution. The distinction between citizens and non-citizens is very easy to make so I don't see any slippery slope about denying due process.

There's no process we have to follow to make sure you're illegal, right ? We can just stamp "deport his ass" on anyone's forehead and off they go right ?

100% wrong. The Bill of Rights was written to codify UNALIENABLE rights, these rights are not granted by government. Citizenship has no bearing on UNALIENABLE rights.

I stand corrected. I don't agree with it, but that's what the term means.
