• With Friday’s announcement, there are three nominees pending for the 9th Circuit. If confirmed, Trump will have appointed 10 of the 9th Circuit’s 29 judges.
• Friday’s nominees, Patrick Bumatay and Lawrence VanDyke, are both attorneys at the Department of Justice.

Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, when asked about the pace of confirmations, said, "It's one thing we can get done for sure that's going to last a long, long time."

But Democrats have blasted the moves.

"I know this is what my friend, the majority leader cares about -- a hard-right bench. He doesn't care about the qualifications. He doesn't care about moderation," Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said Monday in a floor speech, adding, "He's running a conveyor belt of political partisans, many with extremely thin legal resumes."

Stacking the court is what the crybaby libs want to do to the Supreme Court.

I agree about Trump's legacy. Where we differ is the future democrat that will certainly increase the Justices on the SCOTUS to a favorable number to render the balance in their favor, for future generations beyond their term.

It’s really telling when a judge whether a former republican or democrat votes different ways when they are both supposed to vote one way based on the constitution. It goes to show how corrupt and compromised all these courts are.

All decisions should be near unanimous if not unanimous each and every time on whether something is constitutional or not. It should not go based on party lines.
