Kavanaugh is a judge not an emperor like FUAC. He may provide a deciding vote in a case brought to SCOTUS legally through our justice system. He cannot toss out UNSAFE in the middle of the night like it was stuffed up our asses 5 years ago.

I really hope the Safe Act is brought before the court and struck down as Andy pants fears. The Sullivan act as well. I think it's marvelous that pieces of shit like Cuomo are suddenly afraid the Supreme court will actually uphold the Constitution. I'd be willing to bet that Cuomo wouldn't have pushed the Safe Act had Trump been in office and the Supreme court had been more conservative then. It gives me the sense that the 2nd circuit and other lower courts, may start ruling more in our favor next time to keep things from getting to the supreme court. Not exactly what we'd want but a start.
