Progressives Demand Gun Control After Knife Attack At Ohio State University

Progressives used a brutal knife attack at Ohio State University (OSU) on Monday as an excuse to demand more gun control, even after authorities declared that they had no evidence the attacker even used a gun during his rampage.

The attacker reportedly struck pedestrians with his vehicle and proceeded to stab several others, harming at least nine individuals, one of whom is in critical condition. Despite OSU’s initial tweets stating there was an active shooter on campus, authorities later said there was no evidence that the attacker used a gun during his attack. The victims are being treated for stab wounds and injuries sustained from being struck by the attacker’s vehicle.

hmmmmmmm so the only reason he stopped stabbing people was because a guy with a gun stopped him.

What do they think's gonna happen if they accomplish taking everyones guns? Nutjobs will still exist and our nations college aged are what I call super pusses. Will they curl into a "Safety Ball" and start humming to make the bad man go away?

You know, and this is really the point of all of it. I could care less if you pray to Jesus Christ, Mohamed, Buddha or the Flying Spaghetti Monster, if you want come here and respect our values and rule of law then you can peacefully pray to anyone or anything you want. I don't see Buddhists or Hindus emigrating en mass to change whole ways of life. Heck, even many non-Islamic immigrants that are moving here are voting not so much to change the culture other than to get more "free stuff." Call me a bigot all you want, but it seems to me that a large percentage (not all but far more than a few bad apples) who are Muslim want to come here and completely change our way or life and government. Yet if we speak out about it then we're the ones who are the racist haters. Just doesn't make sense to me.

I have a very liberal neighbor who speaks many languages including Arabic. He told me a story that many years ago he was tutoring a Palestinian man and his family who emigrated to the US. The Palestinian guy was learning English from my neighbor and he was helping my neighbor learn his Arabic better. My neighbor told me that the Palestinian man was very nice but was constantly trying to convert him to Islam whenever they met and Palestinians are supposedly the more "modern" and secular of many in the Islamic world. If even the so-called "secular" Muslims are this way how do you think the ISIS types and the less "secular" branches of the faith are going to be?

This proves to me that this is a religion seeking not simply to conquer but to destroy.
