Just curious what some of you here would have done.

I am shooting pool and there were 4 or 5 of us around. I didn't really know the guy but we know who each other are. He was printing pretty bad. So much so, I could tell it was a revolver. It didn't bother me but in the times we're in, I'm sure someone could get their panties in a bunch. My question is, do I mention this or not? I didn't say anything and am now wondering if I should have.

I was in a bank once and this huge black guy had to be 6’2”-6’3” was at the commercial teller station and he had a pawn shop jacket on. Had his full sized kimber 1911 just hanging out every time he lifted his arm. I had a big shot eating grin on my face. A couple people around me were super nervous you could tell. I smiled at them and gave them a head nod in approval of the armed man. I of course had mine concealed.

They open carry because they are in uniform. It would be pretty silly for a police officer or uniformed armed guard handling money to conceal carry.

On the flipside, it would be petty silly for a Federal Air Marshal or an undercover officer to open carry.

But you really know this but argue anyway for the sake of arguing. No one is saying that open carry shouldn’t be a right or should never be done. So arguing idiotic points contributes nothing to this conversation other than bullshitting for the sake of bullshitting.

The fact of the matter is that if I do not know that you are carrying while we are playing pool, I do not know. But if I know, the potential to do something with that information is there. There is no way you can spin that fact.

You are arguing that information can never be used against you.
