Hey everyone. I was originally going to post this in the karma thread, but decided to give it its own post because I have a couple questions.

I've never used a red dot and magnifier. First question is about placement. In order to lift the covers on the Strikefire red dot, the picture shows the minimum amount of space needed. Is this okay? Are you supposed to leave the rear cover off, so the two pieces can be closer together?

Second question. Does the magnifier work the same with windage and elevation as a traditional scope? Primary Arms 3X magnifier. I don't even know what "internal azimuth" means. I need some schoolin'.

I woul think you want to Put it close enough that so you can see through the sight without any Distortion /Issues. I have never used one but this video says the adjustment screws on the magnifier are for centering the red dot in the magnifier and it doesn’t affect thered dot zero at all

Sight is nice and clear with it set up like this. I don't seem to be getting any distortion. I'll take a look at a couple other videos I found, too.

I can't tell but is your dot mounted over the "bridge" between the handguard and receiver? I think generally that's a no no?
