You wouldn’t be allowed at court so what’s the point. How would you get the paperwork to even file it. Do you think they will give you a computer and access to anything in lockdown.

The writ of habeas corpus powers have only been suspended a handful of times in our nation’s history. And the trick would be which judge your lawyer would approach to grant it.

And what lawyer and judge would that be? I highly doubt you would have the access to any of this at all. Your lawyer won’t be allowed to see you and you’d have no confidential access to them. No judge will see you and how would you file said document. I doubt you’d have access to a computer or anything at all.

At this rate I won't be moving out of New York, I'll be fleeing New York, running for my life.
I'm not getting on any train and going to one of Hochul's camps that's for sure.

I shouldn't ever have to post something like that above in America.

How can anybody including politicians be okay with this? It's not only blatantly unconstitutional it's also un-American.

By now I’m sure you have heard that the NYS Supreme Court has issued their ruling in our quarantine lawsuit against Governor Hochul and her Department of Health, and they have ruled against the will of the people! This means Gov. Hochul's quarantine camps are back on the table as a threat to our liberty. Accordingly, many of us are planning a grassroots 'double-header' on Thursday, November 30 in opposition to the quarantine camps. The first protest will be outside of Senator James Skoufis' office in Cornwall at 12:00 noon, at 45 Quaker Avenue, Cornwall, New York. Then we will take a short break for lunch.

What if I say no to the voluntary order to stay in my home. Voluntary means I have a choice but this will be enforced by police per the ruling.

Voluntary Order just means it is up to the governor if she wants to issue it or not.

You won't have a say in it that doesn't result in death.

They should just make one law to cover everything. "Do What We Say Or We Will Kill You".

Back during early China flu days, I got a quarantine order, by order of the county health commissioner, threatening me with arrest and prosecution if I left my home after my wife got tested. The order was in effect for over two weeks while she waited to get the results back - which were negative. There was no due process. There was no appeal procedure. And there was no judicial review.

I'm sure these commie assholes ruining this once great state would never abuse that kind of unchecked authority.

If the 'disputed' rule allows the state to quarantine people, where will the non-voluntary people be placed? In one of those non-existent quarantine camps?

This just might be the slipperiest slope that I have ever seen.

For my own safety, I'm going to speed up my exit from New York the best I can. I don't want to sound like an alarmist but I don't like the sound of this at all. Both Cuomo and Hochul said that my kind has no place in New York. The difference is, I don't think that Hochul the Horrible is fucking around.
