Okay. Where does the money go? Supporting guys who commit violence. Now, you might not be the guy who gets hooked. Most are, but not you. People who are hooked are the victim of that crime and very often create victims of another kind.

And money . Where does it go. Untaxed cigarettes. Victimless. Forget the state that loses the tax money. The victims are the terrorist bombs by terrorist in the Middle East. Most untaxed cigarettes in this area finance terror groups like hamas.

The "guys who commit violence" do so because drugs are currently illegal. Once decriminalized, that all goes away.

I'd like to see data to back up the cigarette thing.

Portugal has had great success with legalization.

Certainly everywhere legal pot has been tried it's either helped, or in the very least not made things worse (and in those cases it's because it's overtaxed so the black market is still thriving).

False. Did you know about the violence for gas stations in NY in the 1980s. They even made a movie about it The violence was there. Go ask about the trash business. State’s Rights? What about the people’s rights to be secure in their person, houses, papers and effects? Bottom line, all searches in the home are unconstitutional until the government gave itself the power to violate the 4th via SCOTUS by defining the word unreasonable. If their is no absolute proof of a crime, then the search is unreasonable and nothing but a fishing expedition.

They are not successful, except in the decrease of the Spread of HIV. Addict use is up. Crime to support it is up. Just drug arrests are down but not petty crimes or serious crimes that fuel it.

The 50 year success story was in the reduction of crime in NYC around the country for making arrest for low level offenses.

Just wanted to reignite this thread just to point out a fact that this entire new law is based upon a lie. Taylor's warrant was not a no knock warrant.

That’s like saying that a castle law for example that was passed due to a self defense incident in the home should not be passed or stricken if it did pass because as it turns out, the incident that sparked the law passing turned out to not be self defense.

The fact that this situation was not a No knock warrant incident.

They have released a bunch of facts from the Grand Jury proceedings.

I believe there were statements form all the Police on the scene, the warrant and the wording of that warrant as well as three eye witnesses that had nothing to do with the incident.

The only ones that are saying that there was no announcement are the Left media and the scum bag boyfriend.

Anyway, let me put this into perspective. I start dating a chick. Hot as hell with tattoos and everything. Unbeknownst to me or known to me for that matter, she deals drugs on the side. She stays over 3 or 4 nights a week. The police knock. I answer the door and open it. They are looking for the girl. I do not die.

Now instead, they knock 2 or 3 times and yell “Police!” once. My door gets kicked in. I grab my Glock 26 to head to the commotion downstairs and go down in a hail of .223 bullets.
