This was all planned by his cock swallowing cronies from the get go. Why do think that they made some lame ass excuse about there not being enough evidence to prosecute? If they had, they could have made it impossible for him to Ever run for office again.

It’s nearly impossible to file charges in a he said she said situation. His accusers say he did xyz and Cuomo says no I didn’t, but I admitted to what I did(hugging, kissing, inappropriate comments), but I didn’t grab a pussy or tits. Who in his administration will step forward and admit they witnessed it, Hocul? Nah none of them will. Also seemingly they weighed the odds of a conviction on purely circumstantial evidence that was already tainted by politics. Seems like they made the right choice with seeing the polls back them and now. He still had about 30-40% support back then and now so out of a jury of 12 three to four would have voted not guilty and that would give him more ammunition since he’d be not guilty and would hurt the Women’s civil suits.
This is why they are trying so hard to convict Trump of something, anything. They want to discredit him and eliminate him from running again.

FUAC voluntarily resigned. A megalomaniac, narcissist like monkeyface wouldn't voluntarily resign if he was innocent. Yes, that's circumstantial evidence, but it's good enough for me.

Oh I totally agree he is guilty and guilty of way more than we know. I was just pointing out how the prosecutor was looking at it. He resigned to avoid being impeached since that would be his nightmare and I’ll bet not allow him to run again.

I know quite a few lawyers who are prosecutors. If they don't feel that they have an air-tight case that won't take YEARS to litigate, they will either settle, offer a compromise, or decline to prosecute. The expenses involved and the likelihood of tarnishing 'their reputation' (sharks) have alot to do with what they decide to move forward with, and what not to move forward with.

There is a reason why the majority of politicians have a legal background. They know what they can get away with and not be prosecuted. The "public image" be damned and any fallout as a result.
