Hate to break it to you folks but there is no "shelter in place" or "stay at home" order in New York. It just closes businesses and forbids gathering (but there's no penalty for individuals who gather). Really strange how you FUAC people want Cuomo to issue more and harsher decrees by fiat putting us in house arrest without due process and restricting our everyday movements. It's only going to get worse for upstate. In addition to letting the trash from NYC go wherever they want governor asshole is sending sick patients to upstate hospitals. As far as I know they haven't admitted which "upstate hospitals" have them. Could be Westchester county or it could be all the way up to Washington county. Either way when you add that extra burden to a small hospital that's already dealing with this shit it basically boils down to we're fucked.

Yes, this is true. Cuomo also said during his briefing that nurses/doctors from upstate, where the virus is not as bad, are being sent downstate to help. That does not make sense, to me anyways. Send more patients up here and send more help down there?? I completely understand send patients up here when there is no room for them downstate while we do have it in our hospital. But then sending our doctors/nurses down there? Don’t get it.
However , I do not agree with people from the city relocating up here with 15 of their closest friends and family. All that will do is make us as bad as downstate without the resources to fight it like they do. I hope they return the favor to us when this shit starts to reek havoc up here.

Nobody said anything about Marshall law or house arrest. Everyone is free to go outside all they want, and should. Just not into crowded areas and distance yourself from others. And if you’re worried about getting it that bad, stay indoors, your choice And if you choose to reside in a overcrowded place with 8 million other people where a virus like this is easily spread amongst you like wild fire, common courtesy would be not to come to relatively, quiet, rural areas like where we choose to reside with relatively small numbers of cases with 20 of your closest friends and relatives. A quick analogy would be city people moving to a rural area and then voting for the same laws, rules and ideals that they left for in the first place. In other words, if your whole family had a cold , flu, whatever, would you send your kids to school?

"Shelter in place" IS soft martial law.
Look at what is deemed "non essential." These businesses are done. Now and after. Only the big corporations will survive. Why? Because, next it will be "Don't touch that dirty money." A town dump not to far from me is letting anyone and everyone dump for free. They don't want to handle currency. Fear doctrine settled in.

My MIL has recently been in the hospital twice for non related issues. She's in her 80s and an urban dweller. Both times she has said there is hardly anyone in there. I've seen cell phone vids of the same at many other hospitals including Elmhurst in Queens. Yet LSM paints a different picture.

Fear ? I think China wants all economies to collaps and then buy all the Countries they can. They have lended money to third world Countries ..as in Africa , and now own or control those. Money is greater than an Army.
