I want a judicial fix. A legislative fix lasts only as long as your majority, Judicial fixes have more teeth.
Technically, a SCOTUS case now, even with the current 8 justices could go our way, because a Trump DOJ could be prevented from making certain arguments at all during the case, or even defending a suit at all.

All the fury about anything else Trump does will pale compared to the liberal freakout when he actually names a SCOTUS nominee. Up-Chuck Shumer himself could be nominated, and there would be those on the left that would accuse Trump of nominating someone to the right of Vlad the Impaler.
