What concerns me now a day is the concept of a fair trial when there are activist judges and woke juries. The past 15 or so months has really jaded my opinion and trust of the foundation of our country. We elect idiots by idiots and these idiots make the laws.

Plus the media screams their narrative across the country for weeks on end and has the person convicted before they even have a chance to defend themselves. Almost zero chance of a fair trail.

This is a big issue that I don't even know where to begin to tackle. I have a lot of questions on how we honestly deal with wokeness in the justice system and what options are available to regular citizens. It looks like it varies a bit from state to state, and often times only other judges or parts of the gov can remote these woke bastards.

End of the day, I think the most effective tool we have is working together as a group, spreading the word, and not doing business with lawmakers or anyone else who would choose to make a law that subverts the constitution. Economic sanctions might be the best bet as a starting point since the people can't directly remove them most of the time.

What about the guarantee for a speedy trial ?

Even if they are acquitted if all charges, Rittenhouse and the Jan 6th protesters have been run through "the system" for far too long.

I mean, I don't think there is anything legally preventing from doing business with those who associate with politicians I dislike / think are undermining the constitution, is there? Sure, you can boycott the legislators friends, but to boycott the legislators themselves you would have to stop paying taxes.

They're not going you let you do that without a lot of violence involved.

Another judge soft on criminals. Who would've guessed he'd get another gun and do something stupid. Judges and DAs need to be held liable for future crimes committed by those that have serious charges pled down. If he had killed someone, that family should be able to sue the system for damages.

You pay your taxes every time you get a paycheck. That thing on April 15th is irrelevant.

You can't just tell your employer to stop withholding taxes either.

Basically you are talking about a general strike.

At that point it's a game of chicken. Who will blink first as the whole economy goes up in flames.

I have no confidence that would be government. I think they would ride the thing right into the ground, printing whatever money they want the whole way.
