S&W Shield M&P decent price.

This is the older original M&P Shield. I have no regrets with mine. Picked up one for my wife. Cabelas now through mid October 2019.

I think they're liquidating the old stock for the 2.0 version. I have no issues with the one I have. Finally, a bargain.

I have a older shield would say 1.0 runs like a dream and has a outstanding trigger no upgrades.
I think it was 225.00 used from the original owner with 4 extra mags.
I think he stated he did not like the striker firing set up.
Maybe if lucky he ran a box of 9 mm through the gun.

Really the only tangible upgrade on the 2.0 Shields are the grip texture. Which is excellent I must say.

I agree. I was out just the other day with my .45 M&P shield and I love the new textured grip.

On my Shield45, I used 200 grit sandpaper and very lightly smoothed the grip out a little. It worked wonders.

I stress “very lightly”.
