Back in the end of February beginning of March (can't remember) I decided to finally order a magwell for my G19, after a bunch of research I found that restricted magazines dont work with pretty much any of them.

Well during my search I found Vicking Tactics who did a collaboration with SAI (I'm thinking VT designed the baseplate to work with the SAI magwell) and on VT's own website it stated the magwell would work with restricted mags.... well shortly after getting it I learned it did not work.
Into a drawer it went only to come out from time to time just incase I could figure it out.
Well I finally decided I was going to e-mail VT to see what I was doing wrong.. I got a fast response later that day saying they were forwarding my issue to SAI since it was their magwell. SAI e-mailed me the next day pretty much stating the magwell doesnt work with restricted and attached a photo off their website stating that it wont work. And mentioned a few people have had them work but very few and I should try ets mags.
I e-mailed them right back with a screen shot of VT website saying that it will work so I was a bit confused, the responded 8 hours later with they were not sure but some people reported getting them to work but they dont suggest it and said pretty much since it sounds like i dont have much use for a non working magwell if I wanted to return it. I said that would be great, checked my e-mail and I have a prepaid shipping label waiting for me to drop off.
Super awesome customer service, didnt expect them to take a return on a product I bought from another website and didnt expect them to pay for the shipping either
***bought magwell by company A from company Bs website. Had issue, contacted company B, they sent me over to company A who saw company B said it would work when it wouldn't, is going to take back the product and even paid for the return shipping
