He isn't arguing the point. He knows he'll lose that. He'll instead focus on the picture and argue that to win. That's his MO.
Notice how he never answered if a woman in labor who's jamming a wire hanger into a baby's skull and dumping it in a dumpster behind McDonald's is murder.
He'll focus on the picture instead and try to make you look like the fool defending it if indeed it is fake rather than answer the question even though it makes no difference if the picture is fake or not. To him making you look the fool takes precedence over the actual point.
