I wouldn't be real concerned about that . If they have real evidence they will bring it out. They arnt going to charge people with false crimes. It would never hold up in court. If they pursue it , its real. If they don't, it could be false.

It would be great if this all came to light. The corruption exposed, the people involved convicted and either executed or put in prison for life and it sends shock waves through every state in the union. That corruption on the state level is then smoked out and officials *cough* Cuomo, are put in jail as well.
