I like my Jeep the way it is without adding stickers. I know my point of view about things in life and prefer to have a nice clean vehicle although some would say a Jeep isn't meant to be clean.

Once he disengaged, he was no longer being threatened. Once at his vehicle, he could have chose to get in, call the cops, or drive away.
He chose to re-engage and become the aggressor! At this point, all liability is his... Tisk tisk.
Of course I'm going by what has been published of the incident and make assumptions. But if as told, he walked away and came back, escalating the encounter by introducing a firearm. He's done! Nothing the bumper sticker says has anything to do with his actions, only those wanting to lend credence to a predisposition to violence would try it, but it's nothing but drama added by the media.

I am of the thinking that I will agree with @Cooolone on this one. He was out of harms way once he returned to his car. Call 911 and let the Police engage the unruly turd. If the other driver reengages, then all bets are off. When armed, do not be the aggressor!
Most of the time, “went to retrieve a handgun” is not going to go in your favor. Absent extreme circumstances, this is fail 101. Worst of all, such facts might even be used to show premeditation which will increase the charge.

I'm just going by what the article said he said. For the record I don't believe it and agree with @Airborneguy that he should have stayed in his vehicle. If he attacked the vehicle then all bets are off though.
