Already loving the Hogue grips, even without having shot the gun. They feel great and are a good fit for my gigantic mitts. The extra 3/8 inch feels like it will make a big difference.

Somehow I think the multi-tool makes you more dangerous.
I also needed a longer grip on my SP101. I put on the CTC extended version of their laser sight on mine (they offer two different ones). It provides for a three finger grip, and it is soft rubber for Hogue like grip feel unlike the shorter version. Love it! It is my favorite EDC.

Haha. Any tool makes me more dangerous; knock wood, I haven't had injured myself in a while though. Have to rout out a door and jambs for hinges today, so that could change in a heartbeat, lol.

No. It's on the other side. I don't like the barrel stamps in particular. Do they really need to stamp the model and caliber on there?!

I didn't do any shooting today. We got just enough snow for my kids to be able to get out with their new sleds. Then the snow started to melt and was perfect for packing. In addition to a snowman, my daughter made a snow dog. Here's the head. Maybe I'll get around to some shooting tomorrow.
