Agreed.Once they let him go and the threat was seemingly over he had the ability to separate himself from the situation. He probably should have but his emotions seemed to get the best of him. Remember the saying, every bullet that leaves your gun has a lawyer attached to it. My opinion is based on the 58 seconds in the video. If more information shows that there was still a threat then I would retract what I just said.
