A postal money order? No clear time, the purchaser pays the post office the amount of the money order plus a small fee and then the post office mails it out to you. You take it to any post office and they cash out the money order on the spot. It's about the most secure way to handle a payment. So do you wait for them to clear or are they always good to go? I am sure they can be counterfeit too?

You have to fill out all the address blanks to and from right? You are already at the post office, why wouldn't you put it in an envelope and mail it while you are there?Never heard of PO mailing MO out, they are not involved in your transaction. The purchaser sends it and yes there are a few ways to check to make sure MO is real such as a watermark and I believe an ID stamp of PO it was issued from. The PO clerk can check it out for you. I usually cash them at the PO as well (if they have enough cash).
If you cash at bank you should wait for it to clear.
Well, I hand over the envelope and then they mail it. I thought that was what you were meant to do? Why leave with the PMO?All those " YOU's " is not the Post Office or their employees. But YOU can call it however YOU see it. Hahaha...
