They're interested in controlling lives and not guns.They are interested in passing gun control, not saving lives.

The tank, the B-52, the fighter-bomber, the state-controlled police and military are the weapons of dictatorship. The rifle is the weapon of democracy. Not for nothing was the revolver called an "equalizer." Egalite implies liberte. And always will. Let us hope our weapons are never needed — but do not forget what the common people of this nation knew when they demanded the Bill of Rights: An armed citizenry is the first defense, the best defense, and the final defense against tyranny
In 1640, the very first gun control law ever enacted on these shores was passed in Virginia. It provided that blacks, even freemen, could not own guns. Chief Justice Roger Taney's infamous opinion in Dred Scott v. Sandford circularly argued that blacks could not be citizens because if they were citizens, they would have the right to own guns: "t would give them the full liberty," he said, "to keep and carry arms wherever they went." With logic like that, Republicans eventually had to fight a Civil War to get the Democrats to give up slavery. Alas, they were Democrats, so they cheated. After the war, Democratic legislatures enacted 'Black Codes', denying black Americans the rights of citizenship, such as the rather crucial one of bearing arms, while other Democrats, sometimes the same Democrats, founded the Ku Klux Klan. For more than a hundred years, Republicans have aggressively supported arming blacks, so they could defend themselves against Democrats. The original draft of the Anti-Klan Act of 1871, passed at the urging of Republican president Ulysses S. Grant, made it a federal felony to 'deprive any citizen of the United States of any arms or weapons he may have in his house or possession for the defense of his person, family, or property'. This section was deleted from the final bill only because it was deemed both beyond Congress' authority and superfluous, inasmuch as the rights of citizenship included the right to bear arms. Under authority of the Anti-Klan Act, President Grant deployed the U.S. military to destroy the Klan, and pretty nearly completed the job. But the Klan had a few resurgences in the early and mid-20th century. Curiously, wherever the Klan became a political force, gun control laws would suddenly appear on the books. This will give you an idea of how gun control laws worked
Democrat hypocrisy knows no bounds.Democrats have been the problem all along
Ann Coulter
I wouldn't brush this off too quickly or wish it to SCOTUS. Trump is too unpredictable and might be prone to making some type of a deal with the Dems. Both the House and Senate are filled with a bunch of rino's and SCOTUS is too close to be sure of a win.
Why not just go for the T-72:

not according to every study I saw. The 1994 Assualt weapons ban had no significant effect on crime. And the '94 ban only passed because it would not pass at all unless there was a "sunset clause".
Feinstein has said, on numerous occasions that no new law would have prevented any of the last mass shootings.
so exactly what is the point of passing ANOTHER LAW if she admits the laws would be ineffective ??????????????
I FULLY trust Trump, he may not personally have the passion but his son does, those who have the passion (like on this forum) know how to get their point across;
but the track record of Republican presidents is scary: Nixon wanted to ban handguns, Ford passed ITAR, Reagan screwed us in 1986 regarding machine guns, Bush41 screwed us in 1989, Bush41 and Reagan supported the 1994 AWB as fmr presidents, and Dingbat Bush43 supported renewal of the 1994 AWB while banning imported barrels and allowing the BATF get really dickish with parts kits.
To fair to Trump he would be the FIRST Republican president in the modern era to protect the 2nd Amendment, if he stands firm which i believe he will.
They want a measly 4.6 mil for a MiG 29?I think we need to start arming up more

Feinstein states that "weapons of war" don't belong in the hands of civilians. Doesn't that retarded old hag know that there are millions of hunters in America hunting with actual weapons of war? I am sure there are many more bolt action Remington's and McMillan's,the preferred rifle of choice by most hunters,and are actual weapons of war being used by snipers than there are AR15's being used in wars, if any AR's are ever used in war.
For now ....Ignore all the sks, m1 garands, m1a carbines, mosins, k98s, etc... Those dont actually count as weapons of war even though it's entirely possible they have an actual body count to them...
