I did the black step strips too when I built a snowblower ramp. Basically long strips of sandpaper, really worked out.
I like those solar light options. The one with 4000mah battery looks interesting, and I like that trickle charger. When I decide on a shed kit, I think I'll look into these options.
Nice work, cgrutt, that's some good stuff there. I decided to start looking at 84 Lumber kits. They seem "better" than the HD kits for the money (mine). I'd love one like this though, we all know you did it right

In fairness to him, in looking at that tree I probably would've done the same (waited).
My dumb ass would be far more likely to trip over a stump than to back into a standing tree!
