In 2014 the same requirement to record all your info for an ammo purchase existed and its right in the FUAC unsafe act but it was an election year for FUAC and no one implemented it. Unsafe plainly states there would be a book and information would be recorded. Horeface just reinvented the same bullshit but now they are doing it.

Correct but there was a memorandum of understanding that they wouldn’t spend anymore money on it so they stopped pursuing it. I’m sure that will not happen again.

Just an update that I just got off a call with an ammo supplier and from what I recall hearing, ammo could be shipped directly to NY (maybe not NYC) since the new requirement isn't being enforced. Ymmv
