I fondled one of these tonight. First thing I noticed is that the grip is tiny. I mean like, pocket pistol .380 tiny. I'm amazed they could get ten rounds in there. The trigger was very nice. It didn't feel like a typical striker fired trigger. Sights were very nice too. This would make a nice BUG, but no way would I use this as a primary carry gun. The grip is way too small. I have small hands (3 5/8" wide palm) and the bottom of my palm hung off the bottom of the grip and was very uncomfortable. I couldn't imagine trying to hold this thing with bigger hands. I was hoping I'd like it better. I'm sure it's a great gun otherwise, but I'll stick to my G43. Of course, this is all my opinion, and only worth the price paid. It was at BGC if anyone was curious. They don't have any to sell yet, but that one is there to fondle. I totally forgot how much they said it was. I'm thinking $460 or $479 for pre-order. They also had a couple new CZ 75's in stock.

For sure. Not sure what we get here in N.Y.though. Do we get an extended mag that only holds ten or just two standard mags? I didn't think to ask. I just bought another standard size mag for my 43 and my palm extended past the bottom of the grip on that too, but not nearly as much as on the Sig. It's deceiving, because the height of both guns at the grip is nearly identical, but if you look closely, you can get a higher grip on the Glock, so more of your hand fits on the grip. Not only that but the overall circumference of the grip is tiny too. If you have man hands (I.e. not Darth hands) this grip might not be ideal. Other than that, everything else was great on the gun.
That's all kinda of a bummer. I certainly didn't need anything smaller than my Shield. This is adding further motivation to giving Glock yet another shot with the G19 and its rather tidy dimensions for a CCW.

I do not like unbalanced things. The G19's slide, frame and grip are in proportion with one another.
I'm actually about to move UP in sizes for my carry gun. For a few reasons. One being my fat ass lost a lot of weight around this recent surgery.
From my G26 to one of my many Walther P99s. Yes,I have P99Cs too, but I was used enough to my G26 to keep it for the same frame size. Now I want to move to G19 size. And I much prefer the P99 over the G19.
That's for IWB carry though. I still pocket (dive shorts) carry my Sig P238.

This is what the Glock 43 should have been - 10 round slim compact striker fired pistol. Plus, the Sig comes with real night sights (as opposed to the place holders Glock installs as "sights").
I like the form factor of my 43. I'm very interested in the 10-round Sig 365. It would have a spot next to my Sig P238 pocket pistol.

Glock 26 10+1 for the win. The grip can only be so short before it becomes hard to handle.
Plus you can carry a 17 rd magazine if it tickles your fancy or a 12 round magazine for a full grip or a pinky extension for a full grip with or without added capacity or a sleeve and a 19 or 17 magazine. The possibilities are endless.
