I don't always agree with everything Lucas from trex arms says, but this is a point they have made repeatedly in multiple videos.

The entire concept of the M&P line is that it's for military and police (implied not civilians). That's the entire subconscious branding of that product line. It doesn't do civilians any favors.

Don't get me wrong they're good guns, no issue with them but I don't like the message behind it.
