Oh hooray!! I've FINALLY had a change in the streak of bad luck that's been plaguing me. Winning this is way better than my other news today, but the local amusement park found my son's limited edition Boy Scout hat that he lost on the roller coaster.

Just wanted to say thank you one more time to dsdmmat. I was busy trying to finish up a project yesterday, pack up my stuff to head back to NJ, and find time to go get ice cream with the kids before I took off.
Not only was this an awesome karma, but the timing couldn't have been better, in a couple ways. I'd gotten a red-dot and magnifier from hubby as a gift, but nothing mounted yet, so from that standpoint, this is great. On a whole 'nother level, this entire last year has been one big shit-show, and it's hard not to get depressed about stuff sometimes. This really made my day. I appreciate all of you here, especially you old-timers, lol. It's good to know that there are people out there that are willing to help others and generally contribute to making this dang world a better place. I'll do my best to try and pay it forward.
