That would imply to me that said testing is not done on of part in question. If MP and HP testing is important to you I would only buy from a manufacturer that specifically states as such.

I never dealt with the company directly but I have one of their complete guns and I know several other people that do too. Only have about 2000 rounds through mine with 0 issues.

I don't doubt the quality. I just find it a little odd they don't list any specs and the CS guy just seemed somewhat defensive in this reply to the question of specs.

There might be a preference/advantage in the cleaning process but the actual alloy, treatment and how is done
it is far more important that with what is done.
In a carrier, more than a bore itself it is more critical that the inside of the carrier is chromed and hardened
along with the cam. At the opposite from a barrel where a well done nitrocaruburization process is far superior than a chromed bore.
In case of the bolt is more important than the bolt is strengthen when possible and then the finishing is
not as critical as soon as we have quality rings. Same idea as a high performance engine cylinder and piston.
So bottom line many carriers will do great. The ideal is to have a full size heavy carrier like the actual m16 type of carrier
(in terms of weight) and then chromed inside or whatever your preference is in terms of cleaning. 9310 is optional if the
inside is properly treated.
Then for the bolt, companies like ARP and young manufacturing have bolts that are slightly oversized in the lug
radius and made of a stronger 9310 Vac Arc (same a racing gears) and most importantly, they are properly
treated for maximum strength. Similar to the JP bolts but better and cheaper.
The actual finishing doesn't say anything about the quality and strength of the bolt.
Good designs, alloys and proper manufacturing along with proper servicing and good oil is the key.
There are many great things far superior to mil spec but also beware of the snake oil salesman.

Well, this is what I am talking about. All I wanted were specs (what steel or metal, what tests, process, Etc.) Instead of listing some specs for me and directly answering my question, I get, 'ours is way more better than milspec, see, here a few links to us test firing it for over 2k rounds, here is another video. Yes testing is important but so are other things like alloys and coatings and metallurgy..... ' Okay great, tell me the specs. Don't just come at with videos and "dude trust me".

The specs go only so far. mostly because many sellers do not make anything, mostly are OEM resellers so they do not have the time, knowledge of resources to test things.
Like for example almost everyone lies about HP, MP testing. Only a few manufactures do comprehensive testing like Colt, FN and H&K and they have to because of the stringent requirement test cases and protocols imposed by military contractors. Some others do to a level of testing but you are not going to know all the specs until you actually talk to the engineer who are sourcing the stock, know the process and has an idea of the testing that is being done. I am not as worried about the alloy as I am bout the actual stock quality and specially the process like the hardening treatment that is critical.
I mentioned young manufacturing becuase they actually make them and make them for so many other brands like jp, fulton armory, Wilson, midway, etc... so they know this chit.
In case of ARP is because the founder is an actual engineer and machinist who actually tests himself the batches and barrels for hp including some pretty brutal stuff. I did the same with 7.62 and 5.56 myself and could verify the materials and data is accurate same as other senior members of the 68 and other hunting forum. the founder of wilson combat was also very active in indepenent testing specially becase of the wildcats.
There is a lot of good stuff out there so the chances are most people will have a good experience but there is also some BS and soso overpriced equipment. that is why we sometimes test stuff and try to keep info on the sources and the processes.
I always tell people get things from reputable resellers because if things go south ....remember the huge batch of bolts that midway once sold that were breakign left and right?) ...well being midway, they recalled every single one and refunded and gave a better one to every customer no questions asked.
w/o complicating things a lot things I know to be of good quality, Armalite extractors and carriers, same for all colt M16 carriers. young carriers and specially bolts (like ARP) are about 20 to 30% stronger than the competition. Their 7.62x29 bolts same thing even stronger than new LWRC and why we used them in the cats and we used the min the gunner here that can take thrust equivalent to a 308 winchester with a 200gr bullets but from an AR15 bolt. The bolt is more critical and a decent mil spec carrier is less complicated to make and find.
Some bolts above I am sure they are ok. just don't get too much infatuated with the bling(shine) and if you want shine then look into the young bolts and carriers. JP also but it is more moola and not better. there are others, it is just hard to keep track of who is selling what from who so why I tend to go to the actual folks who are manufacturing and do it well.
Sorry for the long response. Not trying to derrail anything just putting a warning out there and at the same time mention a few things that are known to work well and we actually put through their paces. BTW I did some tests with our great friend Terry when he was still around and we put through some pretty brutal loads with both 5.56 and x39 bolts and carriers in the gunner to see if we could break them and we couldnt.
He would confirm that if he was still around. god bless him, I miss him all the time.
edit: and btw the oilless group, run dry no oil stuff? that is BS. otherwise we would have oiless cars by now.
just keep you gun clean, stored away from moisture and with just a bit of a decent light motor oil is all it needs.
